We offer individual supports, groups, education and community to promote Perinatal Health & Wellbeing. 
We are excited to provide:
Reproductive and Perinatal Mental Health Support, Prenatal Resources, Postpartum Health & Community-building Programs,
and Postpartum Support.  

Explore our evolving in-person and online services in White Rock and South Surrey;
also serving the communities of Surrey, Delta & Langley.

New baby? Join us for our 6-week parent-baby Postnatal Health & Wellbeing Series - "Recover & Connect"!  Learn from our integrated health practitioners about a variety of popular topics such as: baby feeding, postnatal nutrition, rest & recovery, safe exercise, re-building the pelvic floor & core, baby care & health resources, as well as maintaining your mental/emotional wellness.  But most of all, get support to build a strong community for you and your baby!
