New baby? Join us for our 6-week parent-baby Postnatal Health & Wellbeing Series - "Healthy Baby, Healthy Me!" Learn from our integrated health practitioners about a variety of popular topics such as: baby feeding, postnatal nutrition, rest & recovery, safe exercise, re-building the pelvic floor & core, baby care & motor milestones, as well as maintaining your mental/emotional wellness.
