Steps To Register

1. Fill out our registration form to secure your spot.  You will receive a link to complete payment within 24-48-hrs.

2. Complete secure payment with credit card online (need e-transfer? Contact us for this option).

3. We will contact you with further details following registration (Including PAR-Q form and waiver).  If you do not hear from us within 48 hrs, please contact us.

4. Please bring your PAR-Q form and signed waiver with you to the first session date.
